I have been focusing on Mountain Biking this spring with excellent rides in the Bitterroot including Lake Como, Warm Springs Ridge, and Little Sleeping Child. As the best crossover training for backcountry skiing and quite the thrill on the downhill run, it seems to make really good sense for the active mountain lifestyle. Now to get in great shape for it and start pedaling for over six hour rides and over 5,000 vertical uphill. Keeping after it.
